Azzyland's videos became an instant success and became a viral sensation on the Internet. She soon became known as a cosplay artist who was an official at virtually every convention in the world. McCrudden who is a YouTuber renowned for his celebrity interviews and models, was drawn to her popularity. McCrudden, while interviewing McCrudden, found she appeared appealing when she appeared on camera. Then he offered her the opportunity to host his YouTube show Before They Were Famous. Azzyland suffered from nightmares during her initial days hosting because she was often misled by celebrity names. Azzyland was slapped for addressing FaZe Jen, the famous video gamer, as Jason Eugene Vonderhaar. In the aftermath of her incident, she became the target of many memes.
