Abbie and Betty

Abbie Cornish (born 7 August 1982) is an Australian actress. Cornish was most famous for her performances in films like Heidi, Fanny Brawne and Sweet Pea (in Sucker Punch), Lindy and RoboCop (2011) as well as Sarah and Geostorm (2017). Cornish was part of the group of actors who won the Screen Actors Guild Award for the film Three Billion Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017). Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin, who starred in Adventureland and The Mothman Prophecies among other films, was her father. Ann McDonough played the mother. Betty Gilpin was able to choose to become an actor because of the affection and support she was given by her parents. Fordham College is where Betty Gilpin learned to be an actor. Gilpin continued to be a candidate for roles in television and films while performing in Off Broadway stage plays. Gilpin was able to land a tiny role as a character in Ghost Town 2008 and The Northern Kingdom (2009). The actress also appeared in an NBC character in Law & Order: Criminal Intent during 2001 to 2011. Gilpin landed mostly TV guest appearances in the years to come, but her breakthrough came in 2013, when she was asked to play an actress on Nurse Jackie. Gilpin, playing Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin, made an appearance in 34 episodes on Nurse Jackie prior to the series concluded on June 15, 2015. That same year Gilpin played a role in the crime-thriller True Story (2015).
